Jakarta, ( ITN – IndonesiaTouristNews ): Alila Hotels & Resorts launches a new initiative across its hotel portfolio in Bali, #AlilaTakeMeToBali, — that will soon be launched in all its flagship properties on the Island of the Gods namely Alila Villas Uluwatu, Alila Ubud, Alila Manggis and Alila Seminyak.

Four executives from Alila’s four properties on the island convey their messages that if anything happens because of the volcano eruption such as the closure of airports, there will be no need to worry because the anticipation has been made ready.

As was explained In its official website, the initiative was to respond to what should be going to happen in the time of eruption of volcano Gunung Agung. The Alila property in Bali has taken action by issuing Alila Assurance. If guests can not leave Bali on their booked flight on the airport’s closing day, Alila will extend their stay up to two nights of free room and full board. Alila will also provide free shared transport to nearby airports that operate and help rebooking flights.

Marco Groten, General Manager of Alila Villas Uluwatu, commented, “We need to take action to convince the guests to continue their holiday in Bali. A positive attitude from Alila reaffirms our commitment to our guests that they can count on us, here for them. ”

The initiative has been campaigned through a 36-second video clip and published, one of them, on Alila Hotels official Facebook page. The video featured four General Manager at Alila Hotels property in Bali: Hemal Jain, General Manager of Alila Ubud; Pierre Lang, General Manager of Alila Seminyak; Marco Grotten, General Manager of Alila Villas Uluwatu; and Jordi Arguelles Jules, General Manager of Alila Manggis.

An interesting and sympathetic campaign has been made by Alila Hotels & Resorts in the video by saying that the beaches, rice fields and beautiful sunset moments remain exist in Bali. Whatever surprises such as volcano or airport closure occur the tourists do not have to worry because there are plans to anticipate it. So tourists are welcome to come back to Bali and have fun with them.

Alila Hotels & Resorts believes that this new initiative will contribute greatly to reviving Bali as the most preferred destination of travel. *** (by Yun Damayanti)
